"Very satisfied with my order"
I ordered a family member's college graduation announcements from Simply to Impress. This was my first time ordering from them. They turned out great! I've already gotten compliments on them. The quality was good. The card stock was as described. Simply to Impress offered many choices in styles, accommodating the number of pictures I wanted and the color theme I wanted. The packaging was very nice, too. Shipping was free and fast - from order to arrival only 4 days. I also ordered folded Thank You cards and they were very nice, too. The only criticism I have is I would have liked to have the option to have the back of the flat card plain instead of a pattern that was kind of distracting when text was added. My cost was good, a little more expensive than previous company I used, but it was worth it. I will definitely consider this company for future orders.

"FAILED to impress"
The card itself turned out fine, but they were never shipped to the 48 recipients! After realizing nobody received their invitation I contacted the company. After several emails back & forth I was told that their mailing service is not working "for some reason". WHAT? Their resolution was to give me the choice of cancelling my order (very late for that option!) or having the cards shipped to me and I could stamp them and mail them. Great. I asked them to comp expedited shipping, which they did. Imagine my surprise when I got the cards two days later and every envelope was BLANK! When I called the customer service rep looked up all the emails and then acted like she was doing me a real big favor by refunding the money I paid to have the recipient addresses and return address on the envelopes. Um, the envelopes were blank and they left me the the frantic task of buying labels at Staples and pleading with the guy there to rush my order so I could get the envelopes addressed and to the post office, now two weeks late. WOW! Simply NOT Impressed!

"Perfect and accurate"
Perfect and accurate. The photos are crisp. The announcements are beautiful. Designed our cards on Thursday night, late ... received the final product on Saturday morning early. Thank you so much!

"Fantastic and FAST!"
We were late in the game on ordering grad announcements. We ordered on a Sunday night and had them in our mailbox by Thursday morning! They look fantastic, and they even included a few extra!
We will recommend for others!

"Frustrating customer service"
In February 2023 I ordered baby shower invitations and two days later received an email that they had shipped and were being mailed directly from the company as I had paid for the stamps and that service when I ordered them. Arrival date was estimated to be 2/28-3/1. When they didn’t arrive by 3/1 I contacted the company through their website. The following day I was told they wouldn’t look into it until it had been 14 days from the shipping date. I then asked what US state they had been sent from so I could guesstimate how long it would take via USPS. Another day later I was told that due to worker and customer security and privacy they could not disclose that information. I responded with a very frustrated email asking why that would be a secret and received another response the following day apologizing for the first response and telling me what state they had been mailed from. We received the invitations on 3/6/23. I think I’ll go back to the company I’ve used for years.

"Bad customer service"
Ordered my Christmas cards and they were what I expected and came in time... however the glue on the envelopes didn't stick. I had to use a glue stick on all 250 cards. Huge pain. It took writing three emails to get a reply and when I did they apologized and said they issued an $8 refund. The original order was $396 so that's a slap in the face. In addition, I never received the refund! They said I have to contact my financial institution to get the credit. Sooo not worth my time... Will never order from them again.

I've now ordered my cards for various occasions here several times and will not change providers! Beautifully wrapped, quickly shipped, quality cards. So much variety to choose from. Not disappointed!

"Horrible customer service"
Horrible customer service. I placed a Christmas order on Dec 16, 2022. I needed to place the same order but without the Christmas message on February 8, 2023. For some unknown reason, the website would not accept the exact same business logo as it did in December. I spent 2 hours on chat with customer service. After 2 hours, they told me they could create the order but I would need to pay in full before they would allow me to see a proof. This is a crazy way to conduct business and I will never use this website ever again.

"Terrible customer service"

"Misleading descriptions of cards"
I purchased "glitter" holiday cards that came without any glitter. The cards were very disappointing. I contacted customer service and got the email run-around. They kept asking for pictures of the cards, which I kept sending, and then they assured me a Quality Assurance Specialist would be contacting me. I've been waiting almost 3 months for a response. I just emailed again.

"Slow and bad quality"
Slow, slow shipping. Xmas cards came printed off center and since they took so long to ship I had no time to reorder. Contacted the company which did absolutly nothing to resolve the problem. Never again.

"I am impressed with Simply To Impress!"
I am impressed with Simply To Impress!
I ordered 220 Christmas cards for 2022. They came quicker than I expected and they even sent 4 extra cards and extra envelopes. I ended up using those 4 extra, so grateful! I did not buy the most expensive card stock but was pleased with the quality.

"Unbelievably screwed up my order"
Customer service started off being helpful but just told me what I wanted to hear and then totally screwed up my family Christmas cards. I used their mail service to send the cards out for me, HUGE, HUGE MISTAKE. The cards turned out ok, a bit blurry and not as vibrant as I expected. A few days after Christmas I started to get calls and texts from my friends and family asking why would I send EMPTY ENVELOPES?!! Some people got the envelopes and card but many did not. How is that even possible?? I got a full refund, but it was still embarrassing and frustrating. Never using Simply to Impress again. Don’t do it, y’all.

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WEBSITE AND SERVICE!"
I ordered Christmas cards to have them sent out to family and friends right toward Christmas. I paid extra for rush processing so it would get to everyone on time by Christmas or at least between Christmas and New Year's Eve. They kept losing the recipients' addresses in the system and they would never notify me about it. Luckily I would check on my order status and found out that it was not in the process due to the fact that they had lost the addresses. So each time I contacted them to see what was going on, nobody was helpful at all. They kept switching live chat agents on me and then I had to explain my whole situation all over again and again, which was very frustrating! They had put me under a lot of stress during that time and I had the hardest time resubmitting my recipients' addresses to them. I had to cancel my order and start all over again with a new order in order to get in the recipients' addresses to them. Then I once again got a confirmation email that my order was received with the recipients' addresses. I kept checking on my order status and I was informed that my order was in process. Then I received an email confirmation that they were sent out and on the way to the recipients. A week later, I find out from everybody that they never received a card from me. I contacted Simply To Impress and they told me once again that the addresses were lost in the system again. It was too late by then to reorder Christmas cards again because the holidays were over by then. So nobody got a Christmas card from me this year thanks to Simply To Impress! I was so very disappointed and sad because I always had sent out Christmas cards every year and this year was kind of special to me. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had! They are a bunch of horrible people who work there at Simply To Impress. Their name should be changed to Simply To Disappoint or Simply To Horrify.

“I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service. ”
