"Cards looked nothing like promised"
I ordered a set of cards expecting them to be consistent, but that’s not what I got at all. The colors were all over the place, some came out way too dark, others looked faded, and a few of the images weren’t even lined up right. The site made it seem like they’d come out clean and matching, but in reality the whole order looked like it was printed in different batches. Frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t order again

After my cards arrived, I noticed a small issue, but their reprint policy made everything so simple. They got back to me Fast and sent out new ones without turning it into a big hassle. i’m super Happy with how it was handled.

The envelopes are nice and feel decent quality, but a few of the corners were bent when they arrived. To be fair, they still work fine and the damage wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish they had been packed a little better

"Disappointed after the whole process"
I wasn’t happy with my order, mostly because the whole experience ended up being more stressful than I expected. From the process to the final product, it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. I also reached out to customer service hoping they could help, but that didn’t really make things better. Based on my experience, I don’t think I’d order from Simply to Impress again.

"Good experience overall"
My order arrived sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. It did take about a day longer than the estimate to actually ship, but it wasn’t a big deal. The cards looked good when they arrived, and overall I was happy with the experience. I’d use them again.

Am I the only one who gets anxious when tracking barely updates? The cards looked great when they arrived, but delivery took a bit longer than the estimate, which made me nervous. They did still get here before we actually needed them, so it worked out in the end.

I feel like this site used to be better with promos. I saw a code that looked like it should work, but when I got to checkout it wouldn’t apply. Support just told me it was due to exclusions, which felt misleading since that wasn’t clear upfront. Kind of a waste of time.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering cards: I was really happy with how mine turned out. The colors matched what I saw online, the paper felt nice and not cheap or flimsy, and the photos came out sharp, which I was a little nervous about. I’ve used other places before where everything looked dull once printed, but these were clean, bright, and professional-looking. Fair warning, you might end up wanting to order from them again

"Nice design, but the paper felt cheap"
I ordered some cards from simplytoimpress the design itself looked fine when they arrived. Shipping was no problem either. But the paper quality was disappointing. It felt thinner than I expected and not really sturdy enough for what I paid. The colors were okay, but when I held the cards, they just didn’t feel special or premium at all. Maybe I chose the wrong paper option, but it kind of felt like the focus was more on appearances than actual quality. I was hoping for something nicer.

I remember there being some nice options to work with, and it was easy enough to find a few styles I liked. But looking back, I do wish there had been more font and layout choices. It felt a little limited once I started trying to customize things more.

The packaging just didn’t feel right. The box was flimsy, the corners were smashed, and the cards ended up bent. If customers are paying good money, it’s only fair to pack things with enough care so they arrive in the condition they’re supposed to.

They have a ton of invites and cards to choose from, which is great at first, but after a while I felt kind of trapped scrolling through everything. It took me longer than I expected to find a style that felt right.

"Not enough variety for me"
I really wanted to like it, but the design selection felt limited. After scrolling for a while, a lot of the cards started to look almost the same, and some had that slightly outdated feel, especially the fonts and little decorative details. I spent way longer than I expected trying to find something I actually liked, and in the end, I still didn’t end up ordering anything.

“I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service. ”
